Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time. Get a full refund on your first payment within 14 days. No hoops, no hassle.

Overview

We want you to love Zavro. If it isn't the right fit, we make cancelling simple and offer a straightforward refund window on new subscriptions.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time — you'll keep access until the end of the current month and will not be charged again.

Annual subscriptions

Annual plans are billed once per year at a discount versus the monthly rate. You can cancel at any time to prevent automatic renewal; access continues until the end of the paid year.

Billing cycles

Your billing cycle starts on the day of your first successful payment and renews on the same day each month or year. Renewal receipts are emailed automatically and are always available in Settings → Billing.

Upgrading

You can upgrade from Free to a paid plan, or from monthly to annual, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your current billing period.

Downgrading

You can downgrade at any time. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep the features you already paid for until then.

Cancelling Pro

Cancel from Settings → Billing with one click. You will retain full Pro access through the end of your current period, then automatically move to the Free plan. Your data stays intact.

Refund eligibility

If Zavro isn't for you, we'll refund your first payment when requested within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. Email billing@zavro.com from the address on your account.

Renewals outside the 14-day window are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time to prevent the next charge.

Payment disputes

If you see a charge you don't recognize, contact billing@zavro.com before opening a chargeback. We can usually resolve billing questions within one business day.
